Metal Gear Franchise Coming to 360

Metal Gear Solid Rising will be coming to the Xbox 360, and will be an all-new experience. Hideo Kojima took the stage briefly at Microsoft's press conference to announce the title, which is already in development. But when Don Mattrick said he was happy that Solid Snake would be coming to Xbox, Kojima said, "I didn't say anything about Solid Snake!"

Metal Gear Solid Rising will be all about Raiden, it seems. Nothing else to tell you right now - we saw a logo, that was it.

That sound you hear is millions of Sony fanboys screaming in horror. Or maybe it's Microsoft fanboys laughing hysterically. Not sure which.

I don't care much for the Metal Gear series, but I'm glad to have something to rub in the faces of my PS3-having Sony supporting friends. Not that I hate Sony or the PS3, but Microsoft is better.

I'm not too bothered, its inevitable that some exclusives not owned by Sony/MS/Nintendo are going to go multi platform. I am assuming this new game is coming to the PS3 though, because no one has said anything about that... But I mean, Saints Row, BioShock, Lost Planet, Dead Rising (?) all started as MS exclusives, and now Sony has them too, or at least their sequels.

Facebook and Twitter also free and already available to anyone who has a device that communicates with world (phones, iphones, laptops, computers, PS3)

Yes but I do have a PS3 but not 360 its because I don't like being milked for money
Hard Drives are a complete ripoff
Most but not all the Live services are available free on PC and PS3

Raiden kicked ass is MGS4. And I never hated him in MGS2.

Indeed. Anywho, maybe they'll have to *gasp* cut down on the stupidly high amount of redundant conversation ("Explain VR in crippling, agonising detail even though people will know what it means")
