Metal Gear Solid V Release date confirmed for September

After years of waiting MGSV's release date has finally been revealed as September 1st for consoles and September 15th for PC[footnote]The Sep. 1st date was leaked already a couple of days ago, but this is now legit confirmation[/footnote]. The announcement comes along with information on the special editions that will be released alongside the normal version as well as various multiplayer content packs.

YEEEEESSSS! Finally! Thank goodness, I'm so glad we finally have a date for when this drops.

Also keeping my eye open for dat collector's edition as soon as it's available... That prosthetic arm will go nicely alongside my Metal Gear Rising lamp.

I am kinda disappointed in the box art, I miss the days when Yoji Shinkawa's art was on the cover, but oh well. Also, for a game this huge I was wondering if it would get it's own custom Metal Gear PS4.

But, shit who cares about that, I haven't been looking forward to a game in a long time. And now we finally have a date of release! So fucking hyped!

I cannot wait! Quite happy it's still on PS3, and even on PC, so I still don't need to buy a PS4 for it.

I have a very good feeling about this game, based on the byte-sized excellence that was Ground Zeroes.
