Just looks like a slightly more action-y version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. To be honest the idea of another post-apocolypitic FPS just seems redundant at this point.
But Stalker was ok, so who knows.

I felt that all the annoying bits required for survival would detract from the game more than they would add, but I'm prepared to admit I may be wrong.
It seems pretty cool. I might check it out if it gets good reviews. I really respect its total focus on single player as well, but that's just because I don't have online multiplayer.
I actually find the concept to be quite interesting and am looking forward to this game's release. It also helps that the some of the developers of this game worked on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl, which I absolutely loved.
To those saying this game is like Fallout 3:
If anything, Fallout 3 got inspiration from Metro 2033, not the other way around, as it is a Russian Sci-Fi novel. Gameplay, you can only do so much with an FPS when you're designing it on the events of a novel with the author of the novel working with the game devs.
