That's terrible. That also reminds me of Crysis, where you had to download the save for the next level to progress on it. I find it hard to believe that no one found this glitch, but I find it harder to believe that no one tested.
So let's blame Team Ninja shall we? They're probably committing seppuuku as we speak...
Still one of the best fighting games on the Wii, if not the best.

It has been noted that games can be patched through their online service though. But yes, let's see how many more people get this glitch, god forbid.Scrumpmonkey said:It seems odd that something gamebreaking would slip through though. I mean some 360/PS3 games have had their qirks over the past few years (Bioshock's weird corpse jiggling etc) but it's quite rare to find things gamebreaking. This is a core Nintendo IP and such it should be subject to even stricter controls becuase the Wii's online support is so lacking. Not to mention they are basically working with a game-cube (i mean i can emulate Wii games with Dolphin with very little trouble).Irridium said:Which is why Nintendo games are usually bug-free. In terms of on-line functionality the Wii belongs to a different era and such bugs are much more of an issue.
I just wish Nintendo would get behind it's on-line service more. When your main means of connection is LESS convenient than using IP adresses then something has gome horribly horribly wrong.
There are thousands in Rev 3. I don't even know how they get through testing, and the guys over at WILLvolution (the forum for the Naruto games which have beta testers for the game on there) don't know either. To be fair to them these are the kind of bugs that aren't easy to spot until you know how to do them. But still...Gigaguy64 said:Nice to know once im FINALLY able to get the game.
ill haft to keep an eye out for it.
And aside from a few Glitches in games like Tatsunoko VS Capcom or Naruto:Clash of Ninja Rev 3, there has been only one game iv played on a Nintendo system that game me a a Game breaking Glitch.
SNK VS Capcom:Card Fighters DS had a strange Glitch that after you beat the game and started climbing the tower, at a certain floor if you tried to battle someone the game would just freeze.
Music would be playing and all but noting could be done.
Even if you closed the DS it wouldn't go into sleep mode.
