MGS4 Question

So, i've just started a new save on MGS4 (completed it when it was released) and after the install i am greeted by some videos including a David Hayter interview that i can't seem to escape from to get to the game.

Can anyone explain whats going on?

do u mean the game wont start after the videos end?

You can't skip those videos but the others you can, is it playin them through but not goin' to the game, you have to watch two videos first one the normal videos then the PMC advert. If it's not workin try re-installing it.

To be honest I was as confused as him when I first played MGS4. I started Googling for answers. I thought it was the TV going ka-boom or something was unplugged because it was my first PS3 game.
