microphone problem.

i know this may seem minor, but i want to know how to make a narrated recording of something, without hearing my mouse click the entire time. this would really help, as i ama wannabe LPer.

edit: i mean the physical mouse. i don't want to hear it clicking the enture time whilst i'm doing something.

I'm sorry but I'm unsure of what you want to do, are you looking for specific software to use with your mic? Any DAW will do Audacity is free and should be fine for what you want to do.

Why is your mouse clicking? is the mic picking up the sound of you clicking your physical mouse? this can be fixed by turning down the gain on your mic so it won't pick up your clicking. If you're referring to the clicking sound the computer makes when you click something in windows, this should be able to be disabled in the 'sound' options in control panel and make sure windows sounds are off.

hopefully that helps, if you want to do a LP I'd suggest recording your audio track and editing it (a little processing goes a long way) instead of trying to do it all in 'one shot' like I seem to see so often.
