All I can say is good idea, bad concept. People needed the 'Super Guide' for Mario because without a challenge the game would inevitably fail because there would be nothing keeping HC people playing the game. SM World and SMB3 are great examples of how hard they have been in the past and we all know that not everyone has the AZN gamer skillz!

The common FAQ lives because there are collectibles, obscure puzzles, and player made challenges that exist beyond the normal means of most people. The RE4 knife only run, The plethora of speed runs, Min and Maxing done in player based runs. It would be a cluttered, shoddy interface option that would never make it in open testing solely because it would never have the same effectiveness.
