Ok, so seeing as I probably won't be able to drive to Toronto for whatever they are doing, why don't we try to start an Escapism here in the Midwest? Anyone up for the idea? Anybody at all??

I'm from Detroit. And no I don't feel like hosting a party for a bunch of escapists. It's like inviting a teenage-force hurricane of disaster into your life. I'd happily go mess someone else's digs up though. : )

Yeah, the possibility of me driving up to Calgary is even less than me driving to Toronto.

I was thinking Chicago, but that's only because I'm from around there.

Plain and simple there isnt enough people from the US in one specific area for this sort of meet. Granted i wouldnt be up for it, no matter where it was. The fact is that this site isnt big enough in this country plus this country being rather large prevents any sort of meeting of the nerds etc etc. Theres always comicon for you dateless wonders people.
