Hey gang. I've had a migraine on and off going on two days now. I've tried painkillers, sleep, and all the obscure treatments I've found. The headache persists. Anyone know of any other methods I might try?
Have no medical training and not a doctor, so try at your own risk!!!

I get really bad migraines that can last a couple of days. I find if I lower my body tem just a little bit, it goes away. This ranges from a couple of ice packs on my head and back of my neck, to sitting in a tub of very cold water.

I have also found that if I take a couple of calcium supplements when a migraine starts it goes away, or just becomes a headache and OTC painkiller take care of it.

Yeah I'm having a persistent pain in the left side of my head that comes and goes at regular intervals for the past 4 days. Mine is most likely sinus related though, do you have a history of migraines? Because the symptoms with sinus headaches and migraines are almost the same from what i can tell googling it.

Possibly a mild allergic reaction, lack of a certain chemical, addition of new medicine, not eating enough, not enough rem sleep, bad diet. All of these could cause it, Go see a doctor.

Sounds like cluster headaches, Basicly a headache all day till you go sleep and then another the next day and so on. I had one for 2 weeks but mine was stress related. I read about a guy online who had one for 7 years after a major car accident.

Nothing you can do really but sit through them and take painkillers. if you have been stressing alot lately then you need to reduce it, worrying about a constant headache will make it worse. You have not been experiencing any pain anywhere else have you like you back or chest? If so then it might be stress related, Your muscles in your back contract when under stress and can cause aches and pains etc and stress can cause difficultly breathing.

You should see your doctor though because it could be something serious, anything to do with your head and brain you don't fuck about with.

As far as I know, marijuana works as a painkiller. :p
Screw doctors, roll one up and enjoy.
That or you really could see the doctor, considering it's been lasting for days. That and what the hell are you still doing on the PC?
