I don't drink straight milk hardly ever, but I do eat a lot of cheese. I also like chocolate milk. Most of the time when I drink milk it's from a cereal bowl.

As with most people, I drunk gallons of the stuff as a kid via cereal bowls (with cereal in it of course!) but I only drink it now with tea of coffee. I am NOT a vegetarian, but when you think about it, drinking cows udder milk as opposed to human breast milk is a very odd thing to do, and even when we were naturally meant to drink the stuff as infants, we were only meant to drink milk for a few months. Whether we choose to drink it as adults from a cow or human, its no longer natural, as its not required by our bodies. Im pretty sure if cows udder milk wasnt readily available in those nice clear white cartons, no one would bother seeking out the stuff from the farms aside from the true caffeine addicts. Im not even sure how much milk is in there these days, even with full cream, the stuff is likely to have been watered down ALOT to save money.

I might moan about how we shouldnt drink from a cow, but some countries are trying to push the boundaries a bit more. Hinduism worships the cows as a sacred being. So many as a result will not eat beef, and feel they are blessed when a cow craps on their floor, and from 2009 they also sell this:

 - !!??

So stick with human milk-it might be a bit stronger, but at least we wont go straight to the slaughterhouse after we've given all we can!

Used to be one of my favorite beverages, at least a glass a day, but these days I don't drink enough to justify keeping it around. I'll buy a half-gallon once every few months to have with Peanut Butter sandwiches, cereal, or cookies, though. (Then there's the 99% lactose-free "catmilk" I have in my pantry... but that's not for me.)

I hate milk. I can only handle it in cereal and other such things.

One glass of whole milk every now and again. I used to drink tons of milk as a kid but cut back a lot when I got older. Funny enough, I never broke a bone til I was 28.

A glass a week. Just to make sure my calcium is sufficient (obviously doesn't include all the products with milk IN them that I eat as I'm sure that stacks up too).

I suffered a bit from calcium deficiency so even though milk isn't my favorite thing to drink I still make sure I do.

Mmmmmm, milk... I drink a lot of it. A LOT OF IT. Chocolate milk is another vice. I really should cut down though, makes my stomach unhappy when I drink too much.

Additives, blood, pus and excrement are all present in milk. Naaaa I'm alright thanks.

So yeah xD. I'm vegan now, too.

Used to drink 2-4 liters a day.
Swedish boarding school: 1 fridge purely for milk, is filled every morning and is emptied by the end of the day.

Cereal every day, I've been told I have more than most in that respect, but other than that I don't really drink it by itself.

I don't always drink milk, but I do tend to get some amount of dairy or calcium enriched product in my system everyday. This could yogurt, cheese, or a fruit drink that is high in calcium.

I love milk, at least two glasses a day. It's great for teeth and bones and for getting to sleep. It's also a cure for hiccups. Milk has never failed me. I'm not much for milk and cereal though.

Normally, I drink a lot of milk (chocolate milk especially), but lately the milk we keep getting keeps smelling off, so I've been drinking far less of it.

Not as much as I should, but I don't like the taste, never have. Still, when I took up fighting sports I began breaking bones at a remarkable rate. Could've walk into a hard punch without breaking or bruising ribs, so the choice was pretty easy.

Still, I'm a lazy person. Calcium pills turned out to be remarkably cheap, can be kept for years if need be and easy to make a daily habit out of, and with those as standard with breakfast I know I make at least 100% of the daily recommended intake of calcium and vitamin D. True enough, in the years after I began doing that the number of fractures during fighting went down a lot.

Don't know who told you that nonsense, but there's nowhere as many lies about nutrition as among vegans.

But do enjoy your brittle bones and chronic iron defiency.
No need to get all rude and hostile at me, bloody hell haha.
And sorry to disappoint you, but my bones are fine, as are my iron levels. My diet is perfectly fine; I don't need to take any kind of supplements, unlike you.
I would say 'hurdur enjoy all the health problems your chosen diet obviously brings about', but I'm not a hateful person like you.

So meh, I'd like an apology from you for acting like a total ass. If not, then don't even bother replying. It's totally uncalled for to be so angry at someone for their lifestyle choices.

I don't like the taste, and I'm lactose intolerant to boot.
Wow. Seriously, wow.
You're the first person Ive ever heard (read: read) say that. I'm not lactose intolerant, but I hate the taste, or rather, the aftertaste. I've tried, good lord how I've tried. Any time I mention that I hate the taste and don't drink any (unless it's flavoured with chocolate or banana or strawberry, etc) people look at me as if I'm crazy. ;-;

It's also uncalled for to spread lies and nonsense to justify your unhealthy lifestyle, while those may discourage others from a healthy lifestyle.

If someone reads your 'milk is evil cuz I don't drink it' crap and doesn't realise it's not true, they might stop drinking it and quite likely get less calcium than they need.

Also, a healthy diet with supplements is a lot better than an unhealthy diet without supplements. They're a matter of making sure and saving money and effort for me. I don't see how that could be viewed any differently.
Go on then, why single me out and not the other non milk drinkers?
My lifestyle is extremely healthy. You don't know anything about me; how can you say that?

Also, let's get this straight- lactose intolerant people all have brittle bones? Most of Asia have brittle bones because they don't drink milk?

Your comments are filled with total nonsense and ignorance; you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

'A healthy diet with supplements is better than an unhealthy without' is a contradiction. If a diet was healthy, you wouldn't need any supplements because you'll be getting everything your body needs. It's also a pointless statement; my diet is healthy.

I've had enough of this- you're just spouting nonsense and trying to make me feel bad for the way I choose to look after my body.

Don't understand what you're hoping to achieve, but I hope you fulfilled your goal. I'm sure people will read this exchange and obviously know everything about my state of health (which, according to you, is really poor) and how drinking sodding milk makes you have a balanced diet, invincible bones, and extreme health.
Oh, and supplements. Can't forget them.

A reply will be pointless, I'm putting you under 'ignore'.
Later alligator.
