Today I woke up believing 100% it was Friday, I worked through today under Friday's schedule until i noticed the clock during lunch and realized it was only Thursday. I had trouble figuring that it was Thursday, as I thought I had worked three days prior, i started Tuesday morning, but alas in reality I had only worked two. Even tonight my head still spins as I seriously believed it was a day later than it is without a doubt. So escapists, have you ever had days where really strange shit happened to you. What experiances have you had where your own mind seems bent on fucking you over?

When I'm on escapist at around 10PM, and no one is on replying to posts...
That's not unusual. Escapians are strictly nocturnal, we awake at midnight.

I'm here because... I'm pulling an all-dayer.

Hmm, I seem to remember getting that feeling when I can't find the droids I'm looking for...

Reminds of George Carlin [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgps85scy1g]. It becomes relevant at around 1:56. I get this every time there's a long weekend - I keep thinking Tuesday is Monday. I call it longweekenditis. And once I went to school and I didn't recognise anyone, it felt kind of surreal and dream-like. Then I realised I was on the wrong floor.

Certainly had the wrong day thing before.

I also have an annoying form of it - knowing what the day is (e.g. Thursday), knowing I have to do something "Thursday" - but not equating the two facts as being one and the same and forget to go do something. Bahhh.
