Thank god I'm free on thursday, would sucked to miss the launch of 1.8, btw does anyone know how the adventure update will work? Will we get a list of 3 different mods to choose from when creating a new world?(i.e creative,survival and adventure)

the 1.8 update has the potential to change the way I look at gaming if done well.
with self-generating dungeons, ruins, villages and strongholds you can almost say that the game is making itself, creating endless content.
(or the game will get a will of its own resulting in the extinction of organic live in the universe.)

The only thing I care about in this update is the changeable height limit. Overshadows all other updates.
