See, that's great for novelty value, but what it does say is that any runs using that character should be completely invalidated from the leaderboards.

Eh, you can only get him after getting 100 bandages anyways. If you've gotten to the point where you've unlocked him then you've gone through what the game has to offer. The rest is just for kicks.

This game needs more Sackmen and Scouts. But it looks Awesome!! I kind of want Super Meat Boy now.
It's about indie characters, not pushing the multi-million dollar games into even more homes.

I think its rather important to note that the Minecraft Dude's name is "Steve?" and not "Steve." Steve? Always has a question mark at the end.

Steve? Is awesome and Steve? Should be in more Video games that he can break.

^^

Minecraft dude is cheating.

You can't place blocks in mid-air in Minecraft.
This. So playing as Steve in SMB is cheating on multiple levels.
Unless the 4th wall counts as a place where he can connect the blocks!

OT: Pretty sweet crossover character, and a great way to add replay value, even if only a little.

Thats great. I love that they just went with the theme and said fuck it to the difficulty in favor of fun. The world would be a better place if more games had "fuck it, fun time" options.

Ofcourse, none of the challenges were designed with anyone but Meatboy in mind. The game remembers who you complete it with, however.
Some, like Jill, can make obscenely impossible challenges merely fiendishly difficult. For other characters a level can be literally impossible.

Speaking of building/destroying game play, anyone remember Step-On-It?
