As the arrow thumped into the wall, Joey fell backwards, his eyes fixed on the point that was visible in their abode.
"He might be back from the dead, but if he can shoot," he mutters quickly, pointing at the arrow head, "he'll burn at daylight!"
"We're much safer in here with the lights than we would ever be out there with him," he states to his companions, lifting his sword to defend himself, "hopefully," he whispers, setting himself up in the corner away from Jamie, if he got in, the would stand more chance if they were apart.
Decision: Stay inside and hope for the best.
