Minecraft's Musical Blocks Already Playing Portal Theme

As impressive as that is from a technical view, and it is pretty fucking impressive, I honestly am a bit sick of Still Alive.

Also, I want someone to make the Double Rainbow song. Someone has done Bed Intruder, so hopefully it'll be soon!

With me it not just Still Alive, it's every single "news" item we get about this game. If this was out of alpha/beta/whatever they are calling it now and this was stuff that was found in the finished product it would be really cool, as it is now the dev just adds something he thinks will get press to keep selling the unfinished game to keep raking in the money without having a finished product.

Will Wright originally claimed that Spore would be "SimEverything"...and failed miserably in that design quest, due in no small part to Executive Meddling from EA.

The potential for irritation with these blocks is immense. We had one guy with a bunch of blocks playing out the drumbeat that drove The Master from Doctor Who insane. I now understand why he went nuts.

Actually, I love the game. Slightly addicted too. Now, I agree that not every little thing should be reported on, and that this song was only posted due to many internet peoples' love of it (especially on this site), I love the updates. He actually listens to what his fans wants, and puts in what he thinks will be good. The community gets a bit of a say towards the final product, which I find awesome.

I don't know if it's quite irony or not that this is being done on a beta of the game.

Interesting, but like others, I'm getting a little bored of it. I love the song quite a bit (and the Mario Paint version), but it needs to just die down a bit. We've got the sequel coming in a few months (or years), so just let Portal die and get ready for the new slew of memes.

Or at least give Hoopy some love, damn it.

What I found interesting on Tritex989 account was that he had made Conways game of life, in minecraft, that is just pure awesomeness. The portal theme was a bonus to it.
