Mirror's Edge 3D

I was recently browsing NVIDIA's website and saw that they have software that will render some games into 3D a priori. NVIDIA also provided a list of games that they had tested their hardware/software with and they put Mirror's Edge in a list of games that work excellently in 3D.

One of the biggest complaints about Mirror's Edge is that a first person perspective is not conducive of platforming game play. I was wondering if the 3D would alleviate this problem. Has anyone played this game in 3D?

I liked Mirror's Edge, I thought it was a great idea that they didn't get quite right. I don't think 3D is necessarily what it needs, but I think it would probably help.

I think I actually tried the game with 3D. It was pretty fun, though like any attempt I've gone with, the colors were washed out (red/blue glasses)

Then again, I never had the perspective issues Yahtzee had. When something is as far away as the bottoms of your feet (a plank to jump off of) perspective will not be an issue. Stab either eye out, and you can still free run in real life.

I would happily swap 1000 Mirror's Edge 3Ds for just one Mirror's Edge 2.

And I never had trouble with the first person platforming. I honestly have no idea what people are talking about when they say that.

I just want a Mirror's Edge 2. I don't care for any of this 3D stuff.
