Haha, no escapists this isn't another person asking for relationship advice about girls(I can actually decode them). No, this is about any mixed messages you got whether it be from a commercial, magazine, etc. It can be a woman with breast implants that people don't need cosmetic surgery, simple hypocrisy, or whatever. Please share.
The one currently sticking out in my head is my parents have always told me not to lie since I was 8 or something. Then they turn around and say I should lie/b.s. in English papers(if I can't get them long enough), job applications, job interviews(not so much lying with those last two but just not telling the truth), etc. They then yell at me when they catch me in a lie. I'm 20 now and this still confuses me.
Bonus question: do you trust someone who gives you mixed messages?
