It's actually more like 宮本さん、すべてでありがとう。 Maybe put a ございました on the end if you're feeling extra respectful.
Anyway, this is probably a good idea. The company could use a bit of fresh air, and while Miyamoto himself is a very creative guy, his bouts of creativity have no doubt been stifled by the responsibility of leadership. So yeah. Good move there, Miyamoto-san.
