So a buddy of mine is the docent at the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando, and he'd *love* to play a Fallout or Oblivion mod modeled after the Hard Rock or Citywalk, or both. He can hook you up with all the specs you need, and if you're in the area, he can even take you on a tour.
