Ok, not sure how many have gotten over their specific complaints yet but let me address a few:
1. Juggernaut was a gay perk in the first place for ppl who couldn't shoot the other person first. It's a GREAT thing that they took it out.
2. The nuke requires a 25 kill streak and the entire time, you're gonna have people hunting him down based on killcam views and often using predator missile strikes. Personally, I think that if you can manage to get a 25 kill streak, you DESERVE to win the game. Oh, and with the grenade launcher as a starting attachment as well as the bazooka as a secondary, good luck "grouping up to protect the leader."
3. Again, regarding the nuke and perks in general...if you pick the nuke, you're basically sacrificing one of your more likely perks on the longshot that you'll get the nuke often enough to make it worth the slot. Not...very...likely.
4. The only thing great about One Man Army is that you don't have to wait to die to switch classes. Anyone who isn't a n00b should already know that you could already switch classes on your next respawn by hitting "start" and using "choose class" to switch it. This just means you don't have to die first to get it. Not really that big of a deal if you ask me. Not to mention, once you switch classes, more than likely the class you switch to won't have this as a perk so it'll be a one-time switch until you die again.
5. Bling is nice but it's not like you can pick to add 2 grenade launchers. Usually it just means that you can have a nice scope AND an undercarriage attachment. Again, not a big deal really.
6. Finally, for anyone who wants to complain that n00bs will inevitably be dominated by players with more unlocked weapons and higher levels than them needs to think about the Deathstreak perk, Copycat, which is the only deathstreak perk you even start out with. When someone kills you, you can copy their entire loadout, perks and all, then use it against them, regardless of levels, challenges, etc.
At this point, any "unfair advantages" people want to whine about are simply their way of covering for their own shortcomings as a player.
