It's official. Activision makes the most technically shitty multiplayer. Not only do I have to try literally upwards of ten times to connect to a game on Mobilized because "Players could not be found" despite four out of five opponents being connected and ready, but half the time at least three of the players are ejected (either in the lobby or during the actual gameplay), because "The latency to the host exceeded the playable limit". Either that, or it's the classic "Connection error". Now, after dozens of tries and I actually do get to play online, I have to deal with hackers. Players with infinite grenades and who can fire with impeccable accuracy while running at top speed (something the game does not normally allow at all) and basically have Dragonskin armor covering every inch of their bodies, players who are impervious to all modes of fire, be it assault rifle or RPG, grenade or shotgun, and cannot be killed except with a knife, and etc.
I should note that the aforementioned connection problems do not happen with my other online DS games...except for World at War, of course. >_>
Activision, please, be more careful with your online multiplayer, especially on the DS, because we DS owners are dedicated Call of Duty fans too. We care about the game. We want to play it, we want to enjoy it. So why do you give us this half-assed shit that the console owners would have sued and boycotted you over?
-sigh-
Anyone else had to deal with this crap?
