Can't you just use the search function or something? There was a thread exactly like this just a few hours ago.

The place for all your needs! ^^

It's been a while since I played Oblivion last, so I can't remember all the specific mods. There is a really nice hair mod out there, as well as eyes, I believe they are made by someone called Ren and have that nick as a sort of prefix for the mods =3 (so Ren's hairpack or Ren's eyepack, something like that). Loads of awesome hairstyles and eyes. I also think theres been some larger pack than include Ren's work along with many others, for more options.

Then there are 2-3 body mods that add more shapely males and females to the game, as well as some customizable body options, which I personally enjoy X3.

One mod to get is the Better Cities of Cyrodiil mod (I seem to recall thats the name), that makes the exsisting cities more lively and bigger, without breaking any of the quests or locations critical for the base game itself (though it may break some downloadable mods, so be ware!)

There is also a really cool mod that makes the armors look much more awesome (more down-to-earth medieval stuff primarily), but I can't remember the name for this one. I'd recommend you just look around the nexus for a bit, see if you find something neat. Also plenty of anime-themed mods (armors, characters and weapons) out there if thats your kind of thing =3.

Enjoy the second most awesome RPG of all time! ^^ (personal opinion, may not be generally held as the second best RPG of all time)

EDIT: I see, well google some of the mods above and you may find them on other places, but really the only place to download Oblivion mods is the nexus I'm afraid =/.

The Unofficial Oblivion Patch is really useful for generally fixing things and making it better.
I also like Streamline (Reduces draw distance when you're lagging), Living Economy (Makes vendors have fixed amounts of gold like in Skyrim) and Harvest (Makes plants disappear when you harvest them).

I like mods that make little improvements rather than major overhauls.

When you're installing mods, do them one at a time and make sure it runs after each one. Also make sure you use Oblivion Mod Manager and BOSS (Better Oblivion Sorting Software) if you value the time you would otherwise spend on manually copying files and sorting out loading orders.
