Ok, so downloading mods into a game is a dangerously addictive activity.

I play Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 still ONLY because I download mods. I've tried playing straight vanilla, but its gotten boring to me. I always download the Kelsey mod, Rogue Rebalanced, Banter packs, Xan BG 2 mod, Keto, Yasraena, Tsujatha, etc. I love mods that add characters, plot, and expand on conversations. They add depth to games in my eyes, and can make a new game out of an old one.

Obscuro's Oblivion Overhaul for, of course, Oblivion. It tones down the ridiculous autoleveling from vanilla Oblivion, so things are manageable (bandits stay bandits, not ridiculous super soldiers clad in the finest armors attainable), and makes the game far more immersive.

Killapp's Restoration Pack for Fallout 2, as well. It cuts out all the bugs from the base game and adds in all the content that got left out due to time constraints. It's a way better game with the Restoration Pack installed. Too bad I have to close explorer.exe to get the game to work properly whenever I want to play, though <.<

Oblivion Unofficial Patch
it,s kinda sad that it took two teams to work out bugs the dev team forgot and that it,s still bugged to hell.

SkyUI mod.

I love Skyrim to death, but whoever thought the vanilla interface was a good idea needs a good kick in the gonads. All that tedious back and forth and tedious scrolling really put me off my happy fun time.
