Nope it's about 98% what your outlook on life is. i know perfectly happy people who live in a family of 5 to one small apartment. He was happy. But if your outlook on life is that you need money than yeah, you're not going to be happy without it.

It's most of it if not everything. Most people's goal in life is to be happy, and what do you need for that? Money.

Rule your money, and not the other way around, and a man can be happy in it's accumulation.

You see money isn't what makes people happy, it's what you can get with money. For example there's a very easy way to break the theory that money is everything you need, give a person a million dollars and put him on a deserted island. Money can only get you what you want as long as it's considered more than painted thin wood by the surrounding population.

As shallow as it is...we need money to be happy...solely because if we had more money..we could buy the things we know bring us happiness...like gaming consoles, music, clothing etc...what ever brings you happiness....

Money is nothing to me.

Beating citizens to death with their own limbs is everything to me.

Don't care for money at all, people always say they want to be rich and I'm then like why?

most legal things require money I'd say. there's very little for free and you'll need to spend money elsewhere to get too the free activity/thing. I have friends who complain of having nothing to do believing where we live is shit, but in reality there's lot of things to do they have no money to do anything interesting.

Yes, and then they have to spend all of there nights in charity auctions talking to other rich people and fantasising that your wife is still faithful.

I would'nt mind a few million pounds, but being rich would SUCK.

As long as I have the money to spend on the things I need, or really want, I'm happy. The rich people I know tend to spend their money on things that I personally wouldn't mind not having (ie, crappy movies/games, mediocre-tasting restaurant food, expensive house decorations, etc.)

I am very cautious with my money. I horde it like mad and when work opportunities arise I work my arse off. Uber stinge to myself. BUT when it comes to friends or family I don't care how much I spend on them.
