Hands-down my favourite of the series (I didn't care for 'Escape from...')!
The Rhyming song, the caber-toss with the rubber tree, the head-lice, the juggling cannon balls with chicken grease, 'El Pollo Diablo', the kid who sold cannons, dueling banjos, the list goes on! The game was hilarious! And awesome!

Fett: The most feared hunter of bounties... most... bountied.​

SCENE: GUYBRUSH and FETT stand at opposite sides of a corridor on a Destroyer.​

FETT: Sleepcould!

GUYBRUSH: It's Threepwood. You should know my name. I'm a mighty Jedi.

FETT: Pah. I usually see people like you passed out on cantina floors! You're doomed. I've got the courage and skill of a master bounty hunter!

GUYBRUSH: I'd be in real trouble if you ever used them.

Yeah, I know, lame, but that's just off the top of my head.
And Curse of Monkey Island was amazing.
