1: I'd send the girl to the gas, because she seems innocent and probably wouldn't function well in a work camp. Putting her through that wouldn't feel right. (See that? I did a bad thing, but made it seem like a good thing.)
2: I'd kick the chair out from under her. If I understood the question rightly, she's been condemned to death. No matter what I do, she will die, and if I do it myself, then that means another person will be saved. Why the executioner doesn't just kill me, I have no idea.
3: What the hell is this boat doing with too many passengers? Who was in charge of setting weight restrictions? Throw that guy over the side. And also the people in charge of security. If there were stowaways (which should be the reason there's too much weight), it's them who were too incompetent to keep them off, or they succumbed to bribery.

Neither, From the description my children would know me verry well and i plan on teaching my kids about honor pride and loyalty, So i would tell the nazi to piss off and go down fighting,

I'm haveing troble believing that a pasenger boat wouldn't have a kitchen and a cargobay witch sounds like plenty of stuff to chuck overbord, but just for the sake of the topic i would have my crew gathered and tell them the situation and then ask them who would be joining me in the water, the "chief crewmen" would not be permited as he would be takeing my place as captain.

I'm generally a consequentialist (I think I spelled that wrong), so in my opinion, what is morally good depends on the results each choice will yield. So in the first situation, I would probably choose the girl to die, because the boy would be morel likely to survive working in the labour camps.
In the second, and this may sound a little weird, but I would tell my kid how much I loved him/her, then I would kick out the chair... because I would possibly feel even worse if i just stood there while another person killed my child, than if I were to do it as tenderly as possible. Then I would wait until the executioner was alone, and I would kill him for making me do that to my child. Not really consequentialist, but a cock deserves it I think.
On the ship, I would ask for volunteers to leave the ship, then I would select the 'weaker' people, for the lack of a better word - so the old, the sick. And the fat people would have to go, because some of them weigh twice as much as the average person and therefore I am saving more people by throwing them off first.
