I loved the original Painkiller, BooH was almost as good as original, Overdose was ok, probably because some people who created the original were still working on it (probably the ones with weird ideas).
Resurrection was pure garbage. Guess what? This one will be garbage as well.

Don't hold your breath. That would require some core engine rewriting which can not be done with one's hands shoved in one's arse. And that's exactly the situation here.

The original Painkiller developer People Can Fly is co-developing Bulletstorm so if a new Painkiller by them would be something crazy.
