Just found this article on IGN. It's a fairly informal interview with Molyneux, who talks about politics and power in Fable 3, along with a tiny bit of stuff about Milo (which i still find seriously creepy.

It sounds interesting, but then with Molyneux it always does. It seems as though you won't be starting right at the bottom as a nobody this time, which is a nice change. Not sure how they're handling combat and things yet alongside the politics, and by the sounds of it neither are they.

I do love what Molyneux says halfway through though:
"Well! I don't want to get too political and contentious, but - why is it that all these politicians and leaders, juntas, revolutionaries and rebels promise so much- and then deliver so little?"

Oh dear, Peter.

yeah after playing the second DLC it tells you that your going to be a son or daughter of a king.

i think it might be a alright game but i dont expect to much from a fable game because of both of them so fair just didnt seem that immersive for me and there wasnt much difference between one and two when from what i heard before it came out they sounded like completely different games like saying that the world of fable has completely change scinse the old one. not saying the game was pertically bad it was just nothing that i would bother preordering or getting too exsited for it

but be cool if i am wrong and this game complete changers everything that i think fable will be

Exactly my thought on the matter.

Oh look, there's no mention of any fixed problems from Fable 2 and his ideas already sound stupid. The shock.

Wait, ANOTHER FABLE? For fucks sake, I thought two was enough. I mean, Fable The Lost Chapters was great, but I can safely say that I did not care for Fable II in the slightest, nor did quite a few people...

It does sound like Molyneux is prettying up the politics aspect a bit too much. I wouldn't be suprised if it was just "A rebel group has shown up in *insert region here*! Would you like to care of this personally, or send in the troops?"

But who knows, it could be awesome! Your walking out of a shop, when suddenly men rush into town and start cutting everyone down. You could either spring into action and defend your kingdom personally, or sneak out of the city and deal with the beseiged ctiy from the castle. The rebel faction starts a campaign against the crown, and you could hire mercenaries to protect your settlements, garenteeing their victory, but draining the kingdom's wealth, leading to an uprise in crime as more people struggle to feed their families...

You know what, i'm gonna stop there, i'm getting my hopes up.
