The achievements were made by a site trolling for hits. There is absolutely nothing that would make them even remotely real.

However, the shirt is not only an actual shirt, but it was worn by a valve employee and spotted by a developer of Monday Night Combat, who proceeded to post it on his twitter. This was posted last Friday, and Valve have yet to directly deny it being an indication of a future Half-Life game, despite being asked numerous times about it.

I'm never going to believe that's legitimate.

Oi, I don't find the achievements too believable in the sense that Valve does not really have the modern tendency to make achievements out of things you would do anyways, like escaping the crash site? I would imagine one is intended to do that regardless...

This was the first thing I thought!

but anyways, I only relatively recently played the half life games, and, well, I'm excited, but I can wait. Although I have a feeling sometime soon, Valve will announce something big!
