Oh yeah, I forgot about BulletStormm. It does look pretty sweet.Serving UpSmiles said:Bullet Storm looks pretty awesome, it says it will bring so much new things to the first person shooter genre.
Bulletstorm confuses me to call it an "original game". I mean, it does have original gameplay elements, but then they go and make the entire game a grey/brown First Person Shooter, like we don't have enough of those....Serving UpSmiles said:Bullet Storm looks pretty awesome, it says it will bring so much new things to the first person shooter genre.
Sure BulletStorm does look like a boring grey/brown FPS, but you have to keep in mine that its from People Can Fly. The same guys who made Painkiller. you can bet BulletStorm is going to be a hell of alot of fun to play.Pielikey said:Bulletstorm confuses me to call it an "original game". ME said:In all these Autumn Games threads, noone ever mentions Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. That game looks so awesome. It's by Ninja Theory, the Heavenly Swords guys, and it's like Ico meets Jak and Daxter meets Uncharted. That's probably my most anticipated game this Autumn, aside from maybe Okamiden. But that's just because it's Okami, and Okami beats all.
EDIT: hang on, I'm not done yet. It comes early October, and there are only two things that can happen with it. It'll crash and burn, with me and three other people having bought a copy, or it'll be sleeper hit of 2010, like Arkham Asylum last year. And it's gorgeous.
So here are some screens, because let's be honest, you don't have a clue what I'm talking about:

And you know what? Have some gameplay, too.
screens look awesome and make it look like it could be a completely awesome game. However, the video link really pulled it down. The guy was panicking because there was one robot, but then he took it out by running towards it and blocking until he was close enough to beat it to death. On the other hand, the fighting did look quite cool and was reminiscent of some good hack-slashers... then i noticed that although the enemies ran up to him at the same time, one of them seemed to wait until his buddy was completely destroyed before attacking.T-Bone24 said:Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.
