In my opinion, nobody has managed to dethrone Kefka. Seriously, he's a horridly egotistical, insane, guy who dresses like a clown, who actually succeeds at taking over the world. And then if someone speaks out against him? FUCK YOU! I just blew up your entire god damned town.
