Most awkward/embarrasing situation you've seen

mine was probably when my dad told his sister "I can't believe thats granny in that jar" and she burst out laughing and couldn't stop for ages...... (yes, that was at her cremation)

This particular situation was with a girl who I sort of liked. I was at her place, and she's one of those religious types. She took her anti-depressants with alcohol. Needless to say it was the most awkward night of my life. The only thing that even comes close was the next morning when her brother opened the door to her room and saw her sleeping on top of me the next morning.
