I laughed my ass off as a kid each and every time I saw people repeatedly walk face first into the first Goomba in Mario Bros 1...

Any moment in a game you have seen people fail at again and agin, due to whatever reason? It could be the difficuly level, a badly implemented or poorly explained game mechanic or just plain stupidity by the player.

Most recent one that got me was the speeding jeep level in Resi 5, where the QTEs just seem to be totally broken and you never know where the hell you're meant to be shooting at... I've played it do-op with 3 buddies and found the easiest way to beat it is solo, with Sheva doing all the work.

Mainly when my one terror drone destroyed 5 Apocalypse tanks due to a lack of repair ability (no Crane) in Red Alert 3

biggest fail moment was on level 50 of horde (on gears), me and my friend where doing it on our own then i got down and needed him tp pick me up, I WAS RIGHT NEXT TO HIM and he kept saying "dude i cant find you the icon sayd your on the top floor", and then he goes and gets himself killed seconds later. Fail

Saints Row 2, my co-op partner standing right on top of me says: "Where are you?!" The timer finishes, we have to restart.
