I think that GTA4 was a giant load of crap and not nearly as fun as, say, Vice City (which I count as part of GTA3).
Completely agree- Vice City was such a good game, beats 4 hands down.

I say the new Assasins Creed will be really bad- I mean its already let me down with its lack of running up skyscrapers like I was promised at the end of the game. Sheesh

whats wrong with Gta4?
What was wrong with GTA4 was that I wanted to play a video game where I went on missions for the mafia, stole cars and the such - i did NOT want to play some weird straight and/or gay dating sim where I constantly had to take people out so they'd like me.

Most disappointing, though? Mercenaries 2. First one was soooooooooo fun, second one was sooooooo broken.

I Would have to say Fable two because Lionhead just gave the old Fable a face lift and sent it back out

Phantom Hourglass was actually pretty good. I would gladly accept it as an actual Zelda game.

Although Twilight Princess was rather disappointing....
Funny because I'm the opposite. I thought Twilight Princess was cool but Phantom Hourglass ticked me off. Mainly for that damn Ocean Temple you kept having to go back to. When Nintendo starts putting that kind of material in their games to pad out length, that's when I start getting pessimistic and suspicious about them making sequels for a certain series.
But the way it's gameplay was. How it used all the DS features so well. And it had a reappearance of Toon Link! And that it didn't follow the same scheme of Zelda games.

Ultima 9, Fallout 3 (disappointing, not bad), Heroes of Might and Magic V, Quest for Glory 5, Space Quest 6, KQ7, the Red Alert and C&C sequels (preferred the originals), Quake 4, GTA2, Simon the Sorcerer 3D, Escape from Monkey Island, Fade to Black, Alone in the Dark: A New Nightmare and a whole bunch of others I've forgotten.

I'd also mention that I found the above games disappointing, but not necessarily bad (well, most I would consider bad.)

I really like Phantom Hourglass and windwaker-

I even prefered wind waker to Oricana of time. *dodges bullets

Shit game sequels? hmm... Street Fighter VI was a bit of a let down- I did't like the 360 controls. (but it would also have to be the most amazing game ever to live up with my expectations)

The secound Golden Sun- such a let down.
*throws more bullets*

and I have to say that every Madden game ever are my personal hatred squad.

GTA IV, same dreary missions, no planes, just choppers that are the most useless vehicle in the game, I want to scare people with machine gun fire or pepper vehicles with bullets I would use my guns and rocket launcher, unfortunately the helicopter has weak cannons that don't seem to do anything besides chip paintwork.

Then the alternate ending, either of which are not happy and leave you with a "WTF is there going to be a sequel, will this guy ever get a happy ending one way or another!?".
