Most disgusting gaming moment?

What was the most nauseating, gut-wrenching, vomit-inducing moment in all of your years of gaming? For me, it was the abortion/reconception/birth scene at the end of Silent Hill 3. Any one who's seen it should see where I'm coming from. How about you guys?

At the time the Pyramid Head scene from Silent Hill 2 that involves

was pretty creepy.

Manhunt was also brutal.

Consequently 2 of my favorite games, lol.

Theres a room (or a few rooms, cant remember) in Doom 3, where its literally just made out of moving organs, from people and animals and what not, its pretty disgusting
