The juggernaut drum sound from the MW2 spec ops on a boat. The only tactic we had against them (2 player) was for one person to lurk with a sniper and for the other to be the bait. The bait had to run right up to where the juggernauts spawned and try to get them to follow. As you can't really predict when they spawned apart from the drum, it basically just meant
"SHIT RUN"

Oh, in-game? Probably HL2 fast Zombie howl. The critters might drop to a double shotgun blast to the face, but their howl puts me on edge. Nothing much else comes close - kudos to that sound engineer!

And to various other people quoting this. The sound is called "The Wilhelm Scream"
