Most embarrassing death you've experienced in a game?

In disgaia 2 I have a gunner who is so powerful compared to the rest of my party, he just has three item slots of boots. I picked up the prinny pirate and couldn't remember if the explosion would go two squares or just one. I guessed wrong and killed myself for no good reason, because I didn't 'feel' like throwing it three squares away instead of two. lol

I was playing Perfect Dark and using the guided rockets (Slayer I think) and was tracking my cousin around the map and finally caught up to him... as he was standing right next to my body. Basically a worthless kill since I lost a point for killing myself.

In Red Dead Redemption, when you play as Jack after the story is finished.

I was fleeing on my trusty cart away from the Mexican Police. My cart flipped and knocked me out of it. My now untrusty cart tumbled away as Jack laid motionless in the dirt.

Turns out the game glitched a bit and had Jack stuck permanently in the "knocked down" state.

The Mexican Police caught up and applied wholesome and righteous justice. They formed a circle around Jack and shot him for 15 seconds straight.

All this time, my friend sitting next to me is saying, "Jack? Jack?! GET UP JACK!"

Death on Remelia Scarlet on Touhou 6. Normal difficulty, Final Stage, Down to her very last spell card on her last life bar. SO FREAKING DAMN CLOSE!!!! I don't even know when I'll ever be able to replicate getting that far. But I've got one life in this universe and beating this game is on my bucket list.

Another good one was when I was playing Super Smash Bros Melee with a friend. We were on the Rainbow Cruise stage and I was Kirby. At the top of the stage I grab my friend and I toss him into the air with Kirby's signature meteoric smash. Only instead of returning to the ground, Kirby registered so high on the game's engine that I actually flew off the screen in attempt to toss.

I've something like that before with Bower's toss move. I grabbed my friend and since Bowser body-slams you, I took my friend off the stage and won the match (even though we both had 1 life left) because he technically died first.

Ever Quest 1. I was a total noob, and the game was new. I tried to 'open' the bank window and ended up attacking the banker in Halas. He one shotted me, bare handed. Almost a decade later I still remember how surprised I was (mostly because my husband was howling in laughter at me).

Playing Halo, driving a warthog to a checkpoint with my brother riding shotgun and my friend on the turret. We needed to get to the checkpoint fast, so I ramp it off of a rock to go over a ravine instead of going around. I'm sure you can all guess what happens next.

I was playing Reach and my friend and I managed to get a warthog with the rocket turret up onto some walkways that we probably shouldn't have been able to reach. So we're driving around and I'm rocketing the Covenant to death when I unknowingly hit a gas tank, causing it to catch fire. My friend drives forward just as it explodes and autosaves simultaneously. We then got see ourselves explode and plunge into a ravine to our death for the next 15-20 seconds before the game reverted back to a previous checkpoint.

My second time playing Team Fortress 2, I joined some kind of Last Man Standing (one life per round) game. Not really knowing anything about the game, I just ran around until finally it was down to me and a Heavy on the other team. I still had no idea what I was doing as soldier class, so he chased me around a rock in the middle of the map for a solid 30 seconds while I tried to figure out what each of the weapons did. Meanwhile, my teammates are offering advice via mic, mostly saying "WTF! Shoot him with the rocket launcher!"

After I died, I was able to explain to my teammates that I couldn't communicate because my wife was trying to sleep on the couch behind me, so I'd had the mic turned off and the volume down low.

In Deus Ex: Human Revolution, I tried to holster my pistol and hit the throw grenade button. I died by frag grenade. Got to love not knowing what buttons do what.

In LOTRO I was doing an instanced solo quest. It was a really long one, and when I finally reached the area with the end boss I noticed cracks in the floor with lava. Somehow I just couldn't stop wondering if it would kill me if I stepped in it...
Jumped in the damn lava, died and had to redo the quest. -_-'

In Halo: Reach's Firefight mode on the map that is inside a Covenant cruisers docking bay (For some reason I can't think of the name). While playing a round of Rocket Fight I was on one of the platforms that stand in each of the rooms four corners. Enemy fire had taken down the Energy Shield Emplacements that adorn these platforms. Every Halo player knows that these reenergize after a few seconds. As I take slow careful aim, the shield pops up just as I pull the trigger and BAM, away I fly in my Spartan Death Spiral.

My friend was playing Runescape. His character was about level thirty I think. Anyway, he got killed by a chicken. It was six/seven years ago and we still bring it up lol.

Red Dead Redemption, I logged onto multiplayer for the first time and as soon as I logged in I was head-shot by a zombie hooker riding a zebra donkey with a buffalo rifle.
