Some aspects of AvP 2, particularly in the Alien campaign. The doctor guy, with his troubled background that accounts for his vendetta against the aliens, who at the end turns out to be a synthetic or something, and all you see is him screaming, armless and legless, stuck on a wall in the hive, with you and the recently saved queen standing over him, watching his anguish. It was more than a little weird.
