Noober, courtesy of Baldur's Gate. Like Navi, but bugs you literally every 6 seconds and forces a dialogue box open that interrupts whatever you're doing.
Thankfully, Polymorph Other can render him into a much-improved mute squirrel. Or you could just leave the town he's in, but that's less amusing.
Makes me laugh every time I send him off Dive Rock (doesn't matter how). I hate the Fallout 3 annoying man just as much, so I this makes me laugh just as hard;

Have you ever seen the Swat 4 series on The Spoony Experiment? There's an especially funny moment in an early mission where he's trying to get an old woman to cooperate, "*****, i've got a gun! ***** I'VE GOT A BOMB!"
OT: Gaenor from Morrowind, if you start talking to him there's no way out, he'll ask Would You Kindly for all your gold, and if you say no he'll rage at you then dissappear, only to reappear days later in full ebony gear with a luck score of 500 and a kill-on-sight order burned in his mind.
I'd have to say the only one that really truly got under my skin is Tingle from Zelda. He creeps me out. Looking at him, I feel like I need to surround myself with a ring of salt or something.
He is immortal
He has lighting fast reflexes
He makes a terrifying mumbling noise as he endlessly stalks you
He has the slow shuffling pace of a zombie
He is impeccably dressed
His purpose is to serve you, but he has an empty tray and there is no food left, clearly his broken, non 3 laws compliant brain has deduced that his next action is to feed you to yourself.
If you did not lure him into the freezer to trap him for all eternity then you are a braver man than I.
OT: Aside from Jeeves, I'd say... Princess Peach. Seriously, fuck her. She can't do anything, doesn't have the brains to at least hire security guards, and never gives Mario ANYTHING in return for his efforts.
Neeshka from NwN2. She starts of groveling at my feet after I save her life, but after no time, and no real help to the party, she acts like an entitled little brat. My character was a LG monk devoted to Ilmater (the god of suffering). He was just about as square as characters get. All of a sudden, shes asking me to help her pull of "the ultimate heist" and acting like Im the devil for refusing. I was a damn member of the city guard, who helped root out most of the corruption. How on earth can she expect me to help her with a height just to settle a score with a rival thief. All the while, Im on a quest where the fate of the multiverse is at stake. Not only does she not care about that, but she turns on me in the end. I wanted to let her and Elanee go 1 on 1, since Elanee was the one who managed to charm the gi off of my halfling monk. Plus just think how badly a Druid would kick the crap out of a rogue, especially when the rogue has a level adjustment.
Not because of his pisspoor reward for beating the Blood Ties sidequest, but because when he dies, everyone in Arefu and The Family is hostile toward you. Even if you didn't kill him.
That was annoying because for some odd reason, a Raider spawns on Arefu in my save every few days. And from the fast travel location, you can't get close enough to kill that Raider before it kills Evan. I must've spent fucking ages, fast traveling to Arefu, trying to save his ass, he dies in seconds, reload save, rinse repeat until I got lucky with a Critical Hit.
Oh, no, it couldn't have spawned a weak Raider with a pistol or melee weapon, it had to spawn the more dangerous Raiders with Assualt Rifles, Combat Shotguns or 10mm SMGs.
Every kid in the Little Lamplight cave in Fallout 3. I was glad I bought it for PC so I could download a mod that let me kill kids in the game. Sadist much?
Nook from Animal Crossing (My bro and I always made people wright mean things about him on the sign s outside their houses, oh and we'd make fun of him on the town message board LOL)

I actually liked her because I felt she was well writen. Plus, it was nice to have a TN Tiefling, rather than evil or chaotic. I had a similar experence though, I was a Paladin/Divine Champion of Tyr(God of Justice).
OT: I hated Bishop from NWN2. He was cruel, uncaring, and generally an ass.
It makes sense that he would want to join the party of a female character. But why he demaned to join the party of me, a lawful good (100,100) male human paladin of Tyr (considering how much he hated the other Male, LG, human paladin of tyr), warrior of the city watch, who had done nothing but berate him for being cruel made no sense to me. I took great joy in killing him when he betrayed me, and made a point that the final blow delt against him was a smite evil with my holy avenger. It also pissed me off that he is a divine spellcaster, but he dosn't have a god. Admititly, he isn't the only one (Gann, Zajahave) but they are more explained. Gann has faith in spirits, Zajahave in Zerth. Getting to see him in the Wall of the Faithless in the expansion made up for it though. What's worse though is that he has so many fangirls, even to this day.
I also hated Qara from the same game.
She is also petty, mean, impuslive. When a group of students gossip about her, what is her first reaction? Consider first degree murder and arson. She turns on you if Sand (Who is my current avatar) sticks with you, for the resons she wants more power. Should Sand turn on you, she sticks with you, not out of loyalty, but out of petty hatred for Sand.
I also hate Chaotic neutral, and Chaotic evil characters, because they are often writen as Chaotic stupid. Qara is CN in that she wants more power, and others to bow to her wim. She is impulsive, uncontrolled, and annoying. They also abandoned the character development arc where she would learn to controll her powers, or overload them compleetly.
EDIT What is nice is that these ones are the only ones who -always- die in the final battle no matter what. If she turns on you, she gets stabbed, and if she sides with you, Ammon says that "that foolish girl didn't stand a chance against a boulder that split her skull". If Bishop fights you, he gets killed. If he runs, he gets crushed by rocks. Grobnar and Elenne are hinted to survive, along with Zagave. Sand and Neshka can live depending on your choices. Casavir, Ammon Jerro, and Kelgar Ironfist always live.

heh, I almost mentioned before that Sand is one of my favorite characters ever. I never knew that him staying made Qara betray you. That explains a lot. I thought Qara was funny, and usually cut her loose to do whatever she wanted. This got a lot of favor with her, so I was dumbfounded when she betrayed me. I wanted to take her by myself. "*****, Im a monk, and your a blaster sorc! Hit my touch AC! Make me fail a reflex save! Do it!" Sucks that the game crashed. I should give my computer a douching and try again some time. The thing that I hated about bishop, was how he was a ranger but was incredibly disrespectful toward Elanee. The think I loved to hate about him was how he made fun of Duncan for calling in his favor for something so 'frivolous' as saving a girl's life. I should go back and finish MotB just so I can see Bishop in the wall.
