Everyone who RP's knows the bland characters joey and sue, and them annoying guys who always win or somehow breathe with gaping holes in vital organs, and the characters who suddenly make you jump into the bullet they just shot, are no fun to play with and totally boring.
It's the tormented and unique characters who have "Issues" (possibly understatement of the year) that are fun to read about. Characters who are in an odd spot. What are some interesting characters you've seen?
I was in one RP during the crusades, one of the characters didn't believe in God but joined the crusade cause he was a psychopathic and enjoyed killing people. I also was in a RP with a sniper character in a steam punk fantasy setting who would charge with and try too punch out someone if he missed his shot (He was not very good at this)
