Most likeable celebrities?

Who do you feel are the most likeable celebrities of the bunch, whether from interviews or things they have done?
For me, I'd have to go with Jennifer Lawrence. She just seems extremely down-to-earth, despite having become very successful fairly quickly. Not only is she an incredible actress, she is also humble and pretty funny, and doesn't seem to be of the opinion that being famous is anything special or to be proud of - something that I find extremely admirable in someone so young. I hope and pray that she stays like this, as the industry needs more people like her when it is so bloated and arrogant in so many ways.

Really, I would marry her.

Also, I don't want to talk about the most unlikeable celebrities, it'd be nicer just to dwell on the positives. That said, feel free to discuss that too if you so desire.

John Krasinski seems like a super friendly guy. He's always polite to his fans, no matter how annoying they get, isn't afraid to self-deprecate for humor and seems to be on very good terms with everybody he's worked with, judging from all the dual interviews/chats I've seen.

This day and age it's easily Robert Downey Jr.

Everyone loves him now for the way he acts even outside of work. He showed up to the oscars late with a cup of coffee. He just does not give one fuck.

Plus the man makes me want to get my Goatee to look fucking perfect like him

Gotta be Nathan Fillion. Love that guy.

Also David Hayter, but he's not quite as celebrity-y as most other people.

Pink. Generally she seems very laid back in all she does.

I'm still waiting for a Kelsey Grammar vs Stephen Fry Sir-off.

John Lithgow is pretty sweet too. He's had his fun and can now do whatever he wants. What does he do? Have more fun of course.

I'd say Liam Neeson. Man just looks like someone who would give you hug and very valuable life advice.
Also, Jackie Chan. He's probably the most cheerful celebrity in the world. Just look at him!

Pretty much anything I've heard/seen from Devin Townsend paints him out to be a really affable and easy going guy; doesn't take himself seriously and seems to have no ego about him whatsoever. That said, I think one thing that's a smidgen unfair about this whole perception of celebrity is that if they have one isolated incident wherein they act like a prick or some internal struggles or family/domestic situations are causing them to be evasive/aloof/whatever for that brief period of time, then that moment will be crystallised and forever held up as the way they will be perceived in many people's eyes and they may not have any way of redeeming themselves in these people's eyes or even be aware that they have this negative reputation hanging over them. Perhaps it sounds like I'm making excuses for these people, but I guess I'm the kind of guy who thinks that being famous would be a fucking horrifying experience and I'm glad that I can afford to have the odd moment where I'm in a terrible mood, take out my frustration/act in an aloof manner or just generally do something that might piss somebody off without it having to come back and bite me on the ass every single time.

Mandy Patinkin. I (like everyone else) loved him as Inigo Montoya and he's done some fantastic work as the ever serious Saul on Homeland. It's refreshing to see such a jovial and kind spirited person.

Charlie Sheen.

I'm kidding, c'mon. I would have to agree with the people who said Hugh Jackman and Robert Downey Jr., they just seem like nice guys. Also, from the interviews I've seen with Adele, she just seems like a really sweet, humble person.

Hmm... I think I may have to say Psy. From what I've seen, he's very polite and nice, plus he looks like he's fun to be around.

Now this may be my Community bias but I think every one of the main cast of Community besides Chevy Chase seem like really likeable people. Although if I had to choose one as the "nicest" it would probably be Alison Brie.

I also think Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard are both likeable as well.

Oh, and most of the cast of Scrubs too, and Arrested Development actually as well now that I think about it.

Keanu Reeves from what I understand is an insanely nice guy. He just comes off as a guy you can kick back with.

I mean look at that.

Steve Martin. He seems like a gentle soul who would enjoy a nice evening of music and fun. :) Hulk Hogan as well; for the same reasons, but on a different spectrum.

Arjen Lucassen. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=D776GI1qYwI#t=131s] He's not a big celebrity, but he's pretty prominent on the prog metal scene. He just seems like an immensely nice guy.

I'm going to say Sean Bean. I'm not sure why, but going by the fact that he plays"The Guy that Always Dies," I can't imagine him being a prick. Or maybe he's such a prick that's why he always dies. It's probably one or the other, but I'm going to go with he's just so nice that he's like "No worries guys, I'll die right now, you guys go on to rake in the success from whatever it is, I'm cool with that".

Well for celebrities the rest of you have actually heard of I'm going to go with Johnny Depp and Gazza (Paul Gascoingne). Both have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help those in need or even just those that ask. Even if their help is seen as a bit barmy.
