EDIT: as I recall most weapons in that game were completely obnoxious, you could use a machine gun's recoil as a jetpack

Shadow Warrior's nuke ammo for the missile launcher probably belongs on this list of over-the-top weapons. It's nigh-impossible to fire it without killing yourself in the process. I really think 3D Realms included it with the intention of it being used in deathmatch games.
