after playing Nier i decided to play Drakengard (i know, i played them in the wrong order). if it wasnt for the story, i think i would have given up after the first level. i have never seen a camera work against you so much, in any other game. i have died numerous times because the camera literally wouldnt let me look at an enemy. theres a mode that seems to exist so you can build up experience, but this mode is more difficult than the main game, so it seems to defeat the point. im still in the beginning so maybe it gets better, but right now its pretty rough.
