The Dark Knight, for many, many reasons. Ledger was great in that movie, but that's about it. Everything else was crap. Sooooo overrated.

Anyone else think that No Country for Old Men was overrated? If you think that LOTR, or Godfather was overrated, you haven't seen anything yet.

Personally I thought this movie was boring as hell. Just my opinion, but how the hell did that guy win best supporting actor? He's an insane guy with a silenced shotgun speaking with an accent, and I really don't see what he did to "support" any of the characters or story,,,

Just what I think.

A silenced shotgun? Isn't that some sort of world-breaking paradox?

Damn straight. It's the eighties or something like that, and the two weapons that the guy favors is a damn SILENCED shotgun, and some sort of air canister thingie that puts magic holes in peoples heads.

Let's see: Slumdog, Dark Knight, Twilight, Donnie Darko...

Underrated movies? Brokedown Castle (To... unintentionally borrow M. Night Shamalyan, "What a Tweest!") and Dark City.

3rd Pirates of the Caribbean. Story goes that I was really bored one weekend, so I went to go see it in theaters with a friend. We both wound up falling asleep and had to be roused by an irritating usher.

The blair witch project hyped to be scarier then the exorcist yet it was merely 4 teens running around in some bush screaming when they saw somesticks tied up to resemble people. At the end theres no climatic monster/evil witch thing just a guy standing in the corner.

Lord of the Rings triliogy bored me and made me wonder why it won best picture? Also, the Matrix, that movie is a piece of shit!

Twilight... like a badly made episode of Buffy without the funny bits.

Scarface... provocative? It provoked me to sleep. Shocking? Shockingly boring.

AL Pacino gets angry and shouts for two and a half hours, big fucking woopdy doo.

Playing a shouty angry mobster seems to mean you are automatically a great actor to some people. I much preferred him in Scent of a Woman and Frankie & Johnny.

Agreed completely, thought it was a pretentious piece of snore and should be shown to insomniacs to help cure them.

That Oscar should have gone to There Will Be Blood.
