Portal shows up here a lot, I knew it would. It's definitely my second, but I just don't find myself wanting to quote it in response to a bunch of random situations which is why I love the Star Fox 64 ones so much.
Semi-OT: Anyone here ever play Homeworld Cataclysm? I started playing it again recently, and some of the acknowledgments are pretty funny. Nothing like an excited "Worker ready" followed by a sigh and a dejected "Harvesting."

For me, it's the Halo series. The fact that I have pretty much every cutscene memorized might have something to do with it.
StarCraft and Metal Gear Solid 2 are my usual go-to's for video game quotes. Sometimes StarFox 64.
