Licked a frozen piece of metal once, then because I obviously got stuck, I ripped myself free from said piece of metal. Small chunks of my tongue didn't make it back... Had to get my mom to stop the bleeding, and after that I've got a permanently weaker sense of taste along with a few wierd scars and dark spots where the pieces are missing.

I used to go to the circus a lot when I was younger. One time I had gone into the house of mirrors and got stuck into a three walled mirror room and I couldn't find the way out. I kept walking into the mirrors by the time my mom came and got me cause she heard me screamin and crying I had a huge bruise on my forhead. I thought I was enclosed in a room that only was mirrors. I still have nightmares, only this time there's a clown with me.

Throwing another onto the list:
Walked into a dark cupboard, stepped on something and got a solid metal pole smashed into my face. The concussion wasn't so bad, but the pole had a spike on it, missed my eye by mere millimetres and left a scar on my eyebrow.

Still hurts to this day (it was 2 years ago) but the scar is pretty badass

Started a car whilst in first gear without clutch depressed.

I mean .. I knew it was in 1st ... even as I put the key in ... even as I turned it ... I didn't put my foot on the clutch. My brain just didn't put 2 and 2 together at the time.

Car lurched forward and smashed into the back of another (albeit cheap car).

Crippling fatigue does bad things to your sensibilities.

Thinking that I could hold a car door open with my middle finger while my friend tried to close it with both hands. I was seven and was barely able to avoid smashing my knuckle in-between the door. Then of course there was the usual attempts to open the door at the same time thing that never seems to go away.

Got my eyebrow pierced when I was 19 with a ring. The way it was pierced left it hanging in my vision and screwed with my depth perception so damn much I would walk into door jambs, doors, wall corners and any other protruding things. Until I decided to take it out for good I had a near permanent bruise on my forehead from walking into things.
Lesson learned, don't wear jewelery that fucks with your vision.
