Most ridiculous way to die in a video game

My favorite one was from GTA IV where I tried to see how long I could survive against the police on six stars:

I was basically on the one side of the road trying my best to survive while tons of swat took cover on the other side, didn't take me long to kick the bucket but as Niko fell in slow motion I got treated to this amazing spectacle as a freaking police chopper crashed into the swat team and blew everything up, sending corpses and debris flying in every direction.

It was beautiful.

I play Left 4 Dead Versus mode.
I am Tank.
I am in front of survivor.
I wind up punch.
Hunter comes out of nowhere and pounces survivor.
I kill Hunter.
I free survivor and fail to hurt him.
I die from survivor's shotgun.
I facepalm.
