This is a topic in which you post enemies, with its particular game, wherein you had the most FUN and SATISFACTION in defeating a certain enemy there.

These are my most satisfying enemy encounters:

1. God of War series - Any boss encounter here are fun to fight against, and even more fun seeing them get finished in the most brutal way

2. Shadow of Colossus - Any colossus I faced was fun to fight against and fun to kill

3. Portal - I had plenty of fun times encountering the turrets and disabling them

First encounter with a Gargantua (big-ass, blue alien) in Half-Life. Had no idea where I would go so I leg it into an empty corridor. What is there but not a big generator. Switch on and the alien became barbecue. That feeling of satisfaction was ever so delightful.

My first encounter with a Brumak from Gears 2. I love the cutscene right after, showing his head being blown off.

Turrets in Portal were just funny.
Big Daddies in Bioshock were excellent the first few times, until you figured out the fool-proof tactics and realised that vita-chambers make them too easy.
A lot of the enemies in the Half Life series were awesome the first time around as I hadn't seen anything like them.

Doesn't matter what game, but I love being surrounded by weak monsters and just one-hitting them all in succession. So much fun. :D

When I first played Legend of Zelda: Windwaker, it was my first Zelda game, I didn't know how targeting worked, so I got totally pro with the bow-and-arrow and could kill that floating eye-handed boss with no targeting. ;P Once I had realized I had done it the stupidly difficult way, I felt oddly proud of myself.

Doom 3, a perfectly placed shotgun-blast right in an Imp's face. One-shot-kill.

Battle For Middle-Earth 2, Trebuchets blasting Attack Trolls before they get their first attack off.

Soulstorm, Word Of The Emperor'd Assault Terminators killing a Greater Knarloc in close combat.

Thresher Maws from Mass Effect are fun. The whole fight you have the threat of it burrowing and coming up underneath you, which is pretty much insta-death.

The common infected in Prototype just for the feeling of being god and killing all the lesser pawns. For a challenge, leader hunters and the supreme hunter boss battles.

Street Fighter II - Akuma. Beating in your very first try is always awesome.

Street Fighter IV - Gouken. Beating him on hard mode took forever, but I didz it!

These fights are very challenging and very rewarding.

Destroying all my friends on Fight Night Round 3 was always a joy. Watching the slow-mo replays of my opponent's spectacular defeat in Hi-Def brought satisfaction to my heart.

HAHA yes. yes it is, especailly when they go out and pick somebody like ali thinking their about to drop you like a bad habit. Then my personal fighter turns their face into mashed potatoes.

Killing people in pretty much any game.

Prototype especially.
It's so...
Delicious.
It's like the god themselves ordained this unholy union of Kratos and the Hulk.

Finishing someone using Unlimited Blade Works.

Killing a boss in Devil May Cry 3 with Neven. Alternately, finishing a boss while using everything you have in Trickster style. Dash-->Dash-->Jump-->Air Dash-->Dash-->Wall Run-->Helm Breaker=!!!.

That is pretty impressive.

I remember doing something similar in a semi-obscure game called Soulbringer. I managed to get a third of the way through the game and defeat an incredibly difficult boss...all before figuring out that leveling up meant I could raise my stats. I still have no idea how the hell I managed that.

I have a large list, but I will bring it down to one for this very special occasion.

You.

I enjoy killing people in multiplayer, because it awards a sense of satisfaction that I bested my fellow man.
