Most satisfying kill in Fallout 3?

Two-for-one-kill of some Slavers with a rocket launcher.

Yeah, I know it doesn't sound like the pinnacle of awesomeness, but after it happens, recite a line from the Soldier (specifically, "This is my world! You are not welcome in my world!") from Team Fortress 2, then it becomes great.

I killed everyone in Megaton, Underworld, and The Lincoln Memorial (escaped slaves) with a dart gun. It was fun to just shoot them and watch them fall over, lucky I never saved it so I got to remain the Wasteland's Jesus.

I completely cleared out megaton (starting with getting to and promptly owning Stockholm, the guy above the exit) at level 2 with mostly unarmed. I felt like Chuck Norris and Megaton was MINE! *Evil laugh*

I played with the bloody mess perk the first time 'round, got to tranquility lane and killed whatsername with the rolling pin and she exploded. I was momentarily stunned.

I was exploring Minefield and was getting shot at by the Arkansas, the sniper that is there. I went into VATS with my hunting rifle. It told me the highest chance I had was 23% in the right arm. I tried anyway and on the first shot the bullet tore his arm off, killing him instantly.

Well, I guess it counts as many kills, but blowing up Megaton was a blast (ho ho! clever me!).

Individually, when I unleashed the ghouls into Tenpenny Tower, I ran up to the top floor and blew that old man over the railing with my shotgun. Felt damned good too.

I was dicking about some ruined building, and was ambushed by a raider standing in the bathroom. I blew off his head with my hunting rifle, and watched if soar through the air and land squarely in the sink behind the raider. That felt pretty freakin awesome.

Two really stick out for me. The first being Burke: Critical bat strike from behind on his head. Not only was it an insta-kill, it also sent his head all the way across the bar. Epic. The other one was the first time I got a sneak attack with the Laser Pistol. Just something about seeing a human being disintegrate is very...satisfying.

[Lost In The Void]

Well after installing all three DLCs I obtained the Gauss Rifle, and saw an Enclave Soldier on a tower. I went to VATS and saw I only had a 1% chance of a head shot. I took the shot and not only hit him, but hit him with a critical hit, and the round knocked him backwards off the tower. I didn't see him fall off and all of a sudden my XP jumped a little. I walked by the tower to see the soldier bent at an unnatural angle. I promptly took his armour and left.

Spoiler: Regarding Point lookout

I had my axe, and i finished the quest of "Dark Heart of Obediah", by giving him the Krivbeknih. I gave to him, so i could perpetuate the curse of the Necronomicon. I followed him downstairs, and found his little worship room. He was kneeling and had the book with him. Too Perfect. With one vertical swing, one shattered human head, and 2 exits, i became the new holder of the Krivbeknih. I keep in the dunwich building, on top of the alter pedestal along with most of my stuff.
