Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory for £2 and £3 respectively ($10 for both basically). Very good bargain indeed, I still fire up Chaos Theory the odd time.

Earth Defense Force 2017. Picked it up for 15 bucks and it was hilarious. Listening to everyone talking about the giant bugs and the screaming as they get burned by acid. Very creative and rewarding weapon system. Literally had a rocket that was so slow I ran past it after I fired it.

What? Noone else said Roogoo? I can't even describe why, but I love that game. I'm usually more of an FPS, occasionally RTS guy too.

Star Wars Battlefront, I bought it because even if it sucks I'll play it as long a a Jedi or three are in it. I ended up playing it so much that after I turned it off I could still hear blasters and turrets firing. Battlefront 2 was even better but I expected to be so it doesn't count I guess.

Gotta go with the first few Mario Party titles. I honestly wasn't expecting how much fun that game can be with three good friends.

Carnivores 2. So long as you ignore the graphics and don't ask why they have spaceship like things yet use weapons from the 20th century.

I was about to mention the Mario Party early series but it was posted above. They were great. Runescape had me up for hours that were supposed to spent sleeping. Diner Dash as well.

Fav though was Pokemon Snap. I remembered playing it once when I was a child and then found it like last year at a pawn shop. Oh the sweet pictures I have taken. And now all my friends that are addicted to it.

Turok evolution.... it was one of the first games i got for the GameCube and i had so much fun with it i would be shooting people right now if the disk would let me past level 4 (scratched it) it was broken and yelled SEQUEL in your ear at the end but it was fun, there i said it.

The pokemon games, the TV show sucks, the movies sucked but the games are pretty good and one of my friends has 18 days solid game time on pearl. (catching them all and training the good ones)

I downloaded Bionic commando rearmed last week from the psn. I wasn't expecting much but it's really fun and i think it was only about 5 or 10 quid.

I think i picked up metroid prime corruption for about 15 from ebay, not bad for 20 hours game time.
Tell me corruption ended well and i will go and try tolerate it some more... i got to the bit where you must get fuel cells from all over the universe to put in that broken ship (all prime games have a bit like it) and i said NO and left it (also because i skipped the messages that told me where they are and i dont know how to find them on my log.)

Two for me, is that allowed?
Oh, and one of them is a whole series?

One is the entire Outlaw series. I picked those games up for less than nothing and they were sexist, crude and entirely unfunny. They were also some of the most entertaining sports games ever. I STILL play the tennis and got hours out of the golf. They had stat building, lots of unlockables, tons of creative modes, Dave Attell and Stephen Colbert. Heck yes.

The other one was Culdcept Saga on the Xbox 360. I'd never played Culdcept and when my boss introduced it to me I was immediately hooked. Of course, I think he and I are the only ones I know who have ever liked it.
